The CA Douglas Room and the Alumni Boardroom in Cumming Hall can now be booked during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm) using Office 365.

If you wish to book the CA Douglas Room or the Alumni Boardroom after hours (after 5:00pm), or on weekends, please contact the Residence Office at 893-7519. The Residence Office requires a minimum 48 hours notice of an after-hours or weekend booking to make arrangements with the Security Office.
