The Procurement Department will be offering an information session for the Purchasing Card Program.Ìý
The Purchasing Card System is designed to streamline the process for day-to-day, low dollar value (Under $3,000) purchasing and eliminates the necessity of generating Purchase Orders. ÌýCharges are paid directly by the University on a monthly basis.
In order to qualify for a Purchasing Card, you must be an employee of the University, and receive approval from your Manager/Department Head.Ìý Complete and print the withÌýa copy of your valid Banner ID and scan and email or fax to the Purchasing Department, 494-1534.Ìý Once an Application is approved, the Card takes approximately 10 days to arrive.Ìý
