Researchers affiliated with 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Faculty of Medicine, Nova Scotia Health, and the IWK received funding provided by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research Project Grant Program.

Dr. Robin Urquhart has been chosen to lead the Atlantic Partnership for Tomorrow’s Health 91¶ÌÊÓƵ (Atlantic PATH), an offshoot of a national research platform investigating how genetics, environment, lifestyle, and behaviour contribute to the development of chronic disease and cancer.

In this week’s column, Dr. Saini discusses reaching the one-year mark since 91¶ÌÊÓƵ moved much of its operations online, acknowledges the challenges our community members continue to face as a result of the pandemic, and shares a few reasons why he remains optimistic about 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s future.
